Kettlebell blank: 6 x 3L, 3R @ as heavy as imaginable in each and every set (half of BW baseline)

 

Relaxation as wanted between units in each actions. If units require interruption at designated weight, make as minor an adjustment as imaginable and whole the following uninterrupted. When scheme is indexed as “6 x 6&Top;, it at all times refers to “Units” x “Reps”.
