Bench press: three x three (as much as) @ 90+% of 2RM
three x five @ 75-80% of 2RM

 

Leisure as wanted between units. If units require interruption at designated weight, make as minor an adjustment as wanted and entire the following uninterrupted. When scheme is indexed as “three x five&High;, it all the time refers to “Units” x “Reps”.

 

Reminder: Place and vary of movement all the time govern weight.
