five rounds of:

 

Four-position kettlebell squat drill:
three Kettlebell entrance squat (Left)
five Kettlebell again squat (Left)
three Kettlebell entrance squat (Proper)
five Kettlebell again squat (Proper)

 

three + five + three + five = 1 spherical. Function is fluid, seamless transitions from entrance to again, and left to proper. Each and every set must pose an important problem weight-wise- weakest raise/ transition governs weight.
